Terms of Use

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Apiary Vault on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). Where these terms and Apple's Standard EULA conflict, Apple's Standard EULA prevails.

2. Purchases

Apiary Vault is free for up to five hives. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited hives, bulk inspections and advanced reports. This is a one-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Purchases are handled by Apple. To restore a previous purchase on another device signed in with the same Apple ID, use Restore purchase in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the app, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.

4. Not professional advice

Apiary Vault is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical, veterinary, treatment or regulatory advice. It is not a substitute for professional guidance or local rules. Always follow the guidance of qualified beekeepers and local authorities.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the apiary records, text and photos you create. Because everything is stored locally, we have no access to it and cannot recover it for you. Keep your own exports and backups.

6. Availability and warranties

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above will change accordingly. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. Contact: support@surgequant.com

用户条款

1. 许可

我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的许可，允许你在自己拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上使用养蜂档案，依据 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。若本条款与 Apple 标准 EULA 冲突，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。

2. 购买

养蜂档案免费支持最多 5 只蜂箱。可选的一次性内购解锁无限蜂箱、批量检查和高级报告。这是一次性付款，不是订阅，不会自动续费。

购买由 Apple 处理。在另一台用同一 Apple ID 登录的设备上，可用设置里的“恢复购买”找回。退款由 Apple 处理：reportaproblem.apple.com。

3. 使用规范

你同意不对 App 进行逆向工程、再分发或转售，也不以违反法律的方式使用。

4. 非专业建议

养蜂档案是记录工具，不提供医疗、兽医、治疗或法规建议，也不能替代专业指导或当地规定。请始终遵循合格养蜂人和当地主管部门的建议。

5. 你的内容

你创建的蜂场记录、文字和照片的权利归你所有。由于全部存在本地，我们无法访问，也无法帮你找回。请自行导出和备份。

6. 可用性与保证

本 App 按“现状”提供，不附带任何形式的保证。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本 App 产生的间接或后果性损失负责。

8. 变更与联系

我们可能更新这些条款，更新后会同步修改日期。继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。联系：support@surgequant.com
